In order to reset your password, please type in your email address and click "Reset Password". This email address you need to use must be the one registered to your CIMS profile.
You need to ensure that you are able to receive email from email@example.com. Your new password will be sent to the email that is associated with your CIMS profile. Please ensure that you set your spam/junk to allow email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do that and still are not able to receive email, you will need to escalate this to your Departments IT manager or your Internet Service Provider.
